Sometimes the patient has good egg formation but the lining of the womb remains thin. This makes it difficult for the pregnancy to implant in the womb.In India mostly it is because of tuberculosis or hormonal problem.

Certain medicines like clomiphene can cause thin endometrium.
There are medicines like estrogen, aspirin, Uet-E, arginine, and sildenafil which may be used.If ET is less than 6 mm chances of pregnancy becomes less.
