Low AMH
Investigations may indicate about the ovarian reserves or the capacities of the ovaries to form eggs. FSH, Inluben-B antral follicle count and AMH (antimullerian Hormone) are common tests for this.
If the value of AMH is below 2 it shows low fertility level, if it is >6.5 it is a sign of Pcon.
The value in between is treated as normal. The chances of normal healthy eggs become less if AMH is low. AMH is age-related and once the value falls it can’t be changed much with medication.
DHSA can help if taken continuously in improving AMH value.
